- This area contains works pertaining to geography, history, science, art, and music.
 - This is where you will also find items related to botany and zoology.
 - Benefits of the Cultural Studies materials:
- The cultural studies area is where children learn about the greater world around them.
 - It gives students an opportunity to travel and explore the world from within the classroom.

Peace Education
- Peace education is a major part of the Montessori classroom.
 - Maria Montessori's goal was to promote global understanding and international peace.
 - Typically, children stay at the classroom peace table until they have resolved their conflict.
 - Benefits of the Peace Education lessons:
