    Students will practice mindfulness through various breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax their body and mind to help reduce stress.

    According to Newton’s third law, “Every action has an equal and opposite reaction,” But remember, inaction also yields a reaction as well. This course will take a deeper dive into this thought and explore this with DPSCD stakeholders.

    THE DANGERS OF FENTANYL AND MARIJUANA

    This session is designed to provide information to parents and students to explain edibles and fentanyl. We will discuss how they are used, their appeal, the dangers of using them and the side effects, especially for our youth.

    Learn how human traffickers often target and recruit youth and who to turn to for help in potentially dangerous situations.
