Data, Assessment & Accountability
-
The Data, Assessment & Accountability (DAA) Division ensures that the District maintains accurate, high-quality, and timely data about how our students and District are performing. DAA achieves this by effectively administering assessments. DAA supports the organization, production, and management of student data via an enterprise data warehouse. This process ensures that school and district level staff and leaders can access data on the most important student outcomes. DAA also conducts analysis and research to support the district’s measures of teacher and leader effectiveness.
The teams that make up DAA are:
- Assessment and Performance Management Team: Trains and supports users to implement our assessment and accountability systems
- Data Services Team: Develops and implements a long-term data strategy for the district
- Student Information Services Team: Trains and supports users to input, access, and make meaning of student data and information
