	The Office of Benefits and Employee Health Services strives to provide the best possible benefits at the best possible cost to the District's employees and their families. We don't just support the employee, we support their immediate family by providing assistance with administering benefits, Family Medical Leave Act, American's with Disabilities Act, general questions regarding retirement (403b, 457 and State Pension plans) and filing death claims for active employees.

	In support of the Exceptional Talent strategic priority, the District aims to build an excellent team of dedicated staff to serve our students. To ensure we are working at an optimal level, we must support our overall health and wellness. Research indicates employee wellness directly impacts several areas such as staff and student interactions, and the generation of new ideas or solutions to address various challenges and promote a positive work environment. The District is committed to supporting staff in maintaining their physical and mental health by offering resources that foster individual and collective self-care and has established free virtual programming to enhance wellbeing.
