• 2026 Benefits Open Enrollment: October 28, 2025 - November 11, 2025

    The 2026 annual employee benefits Open Enrollment will be held from Tuesday, October 28 through Tuesday, November 11, 2025. 

    Open Enrollment will be passive. This means if you are currently enrolled in a benefits plan, your current benefit elections (e.g. medical, dental, vision, and employee life insurance) will automatically carry over into 2026 at the new contribution rates, unless you choose to make changes or participate in an FSA as that requires annual enrollment, 

    What You Need to Know: 

    • If you want to set aside money in a health care or dependent care Flexible Spending Account (FSA), change plans, or make other changes, you must complete the online enrollment process. 

    • Employees participating in the Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) are required to complete the online enrollment process. 

    • During open enrollment, benefit-eligible employees will have the opportunity to make changes in their health, dental, vision and supplemental employee life insurance benefits.  

    • After November 11, 2025, employees will not be able to elect coverage or make any changes until the next open enrollment period unless they have a qualifying life event (i.e. marriage, divorce, birth, adoption, lose/gain other coverage, etc.) and request a corresponding benefit change within 30 days of the event. 

    • The new employee premium contribution amounts for medical, dental, vision and supplemental employee life insurance will take effect January 1, 2026, even if you do not make changes during the 2026 Open Enrollment.

    The DPSCD Benefits Solution Center will offer extended hours during Open Enrollment so you may receive enrollment assistance and answers to any benefit-related questions at (888) 447-9038. Extended hours are as follows: 

    • Monday, October 28 through Friday, October 31  –  8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. 

    • Saturday, November 1 – 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.  

    • Monday, November 3 through Friday, November 7  –  8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. 

    • Saturday, November 8 – 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.  

    • Monday, November 10 and Tuesday, November 11  –  8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
