Apply to Detroit School of the Arts or one of the DSA Pathways Middle School Arts Conservatory

The Detroit School of the Arts is accepting online applications for students entering the 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th grade. Its four feeder middle schools – Duke Ellington Art and Music Conservatory at Beckham (eastside), John R King Academic and Performing Arts Academy (westside), Spain Elementary-Middle School (midtown) and Brenda Scott Academy for Theater Arts (northeast) – are accepting applications for students entering the 6th, 7th, and 8th grades. In addition to the online application, students will need to audition and/or interview to be accepted in one of these DSA Pathways Schools.
