  • Managing Stress

    Ulliance, our Employee Assistance Program provider will be conducting a short class on Managing Stress on Tuesday, September 10, 2019.  With stress occurring in every aspect of our lives, this program focuses on tools employees can use to manage the stress they experience both at work and at home.  Help your employees effectively balance and cope with life’s stressors.  This program will help you understand the causes of stress, learn how stress affects you physically, at work and at home, how to self-evaluate stress levels and review tools to help reduce stress.

  • Healthy Cooking Demonstration Presented by HAP

    Health Alliance Plan (HAP) one of our health insurance providers will be conducting a short class on Cooking Well on Tuesday, September 17, 2019.  Demystify healthy food preparation techniques.  A certified chef will prepare flavorful, healthy dishes while providing helpful tips for cooking at home.

    BCN, one of our health insurance providers has partnered with Ulliance, our Employee Assistance Program provider who will be conducting a short class on healthy cooking on Thursday, September 19, 2019.  Finding time to prepare a healthy meal can be daunting for those who work full-time. In this lively and informative cooking demonstration, employees will learn an easy to prepare, healthy meal that is also quick and practical.
