for DPSCD students!Donate Laptops Donate Finances
Many Detroit Public Schools Community District students lack access to computers and the internet in their homes, where access matters most to curb learning loss during the COVID-19 closure period. Thanks to many of our partners, we are putting in place a plan to make access possible.
We are seeking corporate donations of (10 or more) refurbished, decommissioned or new laptops, as well as monetary donations to purchase laptops. Donated laptops must meet the minimum specification requirements below, will not be reimaged or repaired, must be wiped clean prior to donation and will be distributed directly to students as is.Our in-school student devices, Dell 3190s, have the specs below. If your devices meet or exceed these specifications, students should be able to access all of our online learning tools from home without incident.We thank you on behalf of our deserving students and their families.Laptop Specifications
