Checking Student Grades

    1. If you have multiple students, select the student to look at grades for. Students are listed in the upper left-hand corner of the page.




    2. In the Navigation menu, select Grades and Attendance. The Grades and Attendance page displays comprehensive information about a student’s grades and attendance for the current term.






    3. The Grades and Attendance page appears as below.

      • Exp (Expression) – Period student is enrolled in the class
      • Course – Name of class, teacher email address, and room number. Note to email the teacher by clicking the email link, your web browser must be properly configured to automatically open an email application, and the email application must be properly configured to send messages.
      • Term Columns – shows the grade the student received for the Quarter/Semester in the class.
        • Q – Quarter
        • S – Semester
        • Y – Year
        • Click a grade in the term column to view grade details. The Class Score Detail page will appear. This page includes assignments and scores for each assignment from the teacher’s grade book.
      • Absences – shows the number of absences for each class.
        • Click the number of absences to view the Dates of Attendance page. The Dates of Attendance page displays all absences for that class by date.
      • Tardies – shows the number of tardies for each class.
        • Click the number of tardies to view the Dates of Attendance page. The Dates of Attendance page displays all absences for that class by date.
    5. Click a grade in the Term column to view grade details on the Class Score Detail page.
      • The Class Score Detail page will include:
        • Course Title
        • Teacher Name
        • Expression (Period)
        • Term
        • Final Grade
        • Teacher Comments
        • Assignments are listed by Due Date, Category, Assignment Name, Score, Percentage, and Grade.
