K-12 Standard Report Card
The Office of Exceptional Student Education (ESE) will utilize a standards-based grading system for students in grades K-12 whose core instruction is aligned to the Essential Elements. ESE K-12 report cards are fully aligned with the Common Core Essential Elements and the District’s curricula. ESE progress indicators are now consistent across grades K-12 and all content areas in the following programs (MICI, MOCI, SCI, SXI, ASD, and Dual Diagnose). These new indicators more clearly represent student achievement within each standard whose core instruction is aligned to the Essential Elements. These indicators will help you understand how your students are progressing towards grade-level alternative standards in each course. For more information on ESE report cards, see the link below.
