What is Career and Technical Education?
-
Career and Technical Education programs help students get jobs that don't require a college degree, but the opportunity to earn one or more industry certifications. The programs we offer are industry-focused, college, and career readiness electives that connect the academic and technical skills you're interested in building to prepare you for the workplace. CTE programs are a great way to connect what you learn in the classroom to real-world opportunities that include project learning, job shadowing, and paid internships.
High school sophomores, juniors, and seniors can explore exciting and rewarding careers at our Career and Technical Centers (CTC) while earning certifications and college credits. If your student is interested in gaining new skills through hands-on learning in classrooms that mimic real-work experiences, consider these programs!
