Expect Respect
-
At DPSCD, we believe one of our most important functions is to develop active citizens who love and respect one another. Our Expect Respect initiative is a call to action for our district and community to create a positive climate and culture within our schools. Through this initiative, 10 character traits have been selected to study and learn deeply about each month. In school, students will participate in lessons and activities focusing on the month’s highlighted character trait.
Join the campaign and Expect Respect at home! Families download a monthly Home Connection newsletter naming the month’s character trait along with family discussion topics, ideas for practicing the highlighted character trait, and other useful information. Click the character trait to download the newsletter.
