Dear Members of the Community:

    We appreciate your continued support and involvement in accessing our School Board meeting online. Thank you to those who attended January 17, 2023 via YouTube.  It was brought to our attention that the audio was not working due to a technical issue with our streaming software. As a result, individuals attending the meeting via YouTube were not able to hear a portion of the meeting. Once we became aware of this, our tech team worked diligently to address the issue, and the audio was restored at the 36-minute mark, as you will see during the replay. The software failure has been addressed for the next meeting.

    We sincerely apologize to everyone who was impacted by this technology challenge.

    For In-Person Public Comment
    Members of the public are welcomed to address the Board during “Public Comment”. Individuals wishing to address the Board must register and receive an identification number. The Chair will call the numbers for individuals to address the Board during Public Comment. Please remain seated until your number is called. 

    How to Make a “Virtual” Public Comment:
    Virtual Public Comment will be facilitated through the Zoom Webinar. To register, you must use the "Raise Hand" feature to indicate that you wish to participate in virtual public comment. Via your computer, select the “raise your hand” option on the screen. Via your telephone, press *9 to raise your hand. The meeting administrator will select the individuals in the order received. You will remain muted until it is your time to speak. This link is to participate in public comment only; the meeting will not be broadcasted in this space.
