DPSCD Pop-Up Enrollment Centers

Are you ready for your child to RISE this school year? Beginning July 29 through August 23 Detroit Public Schools Community District will open six Pop-Up Enrollment Centers throughout Detroit. Each center is a one-stop location for enrolling PreK-12 students district-wide for the upcoming school year.

DPSCD’s Pop-Up Enrollment Centers provide information regarding Exceptional Student Education (formerly Special Education), new schools opening in the fall of 2019, Montessori, Pre-K and Kindergarten, and application schools. DPSCD offers 21st century learning environments serving students with many interests from Robotics, Arts and Music, STEM programs, college dual enrollment to career technical education. Parents are required to bring their child’s birth certificate, two forms of proof of address, transcript or report cards.

In addition, the Detroit Health Department will be onsite to assist families with immunizations.

The Pop-Up Enrollment Centers will be open Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Visit one of our locations below:

  • NORTHEAST: Brenda Scott Academy / 18440 Hoover, 48205

  • SOUTHWEST: Earhart Elementary-Middle / 1000 Scotten Street, 48209

  • EAST: Ronald Brown Academy / 11530 E. Outer Drive, 48224
