    Detroit Public Schools Community District will offer safe, convenient support for families who need assistance with completing the examination high school application. Trained staff are available online through June 25, 2021.

    Join us for two informational Webinars that will provide an overview of all schools, the application process and how to apply.
    All schools will participate, and there will be an opportunity for questions and answers.

    Each examination high school will host an introductory webinar. Learn about their programs, offerings and why they may be a great fit for your child.

    Phone and Video Application Assistance

    Make a 30-minute appointment to receive one-on-one assistance with your application. Trained support team members will be available via phone or Microsoft Teams video conference.
    Sessions will begin on Tuesday April 6 and continue through June 25. 

    Tuesdays: 5-7 p.m.
    Fridays: 7-9 a.m. and 5-7 p.m.
    Saturday May 22: 12-2 p.m.

    Application Resources

    Transcript Request Forms

    Download the following documents and submit them to your current and/or former school to request the academic records required for your application.

    The forms may be used by out-of-district students or current District students who have attended another school district (charter or private) at some point during the last two academic years.

    Submit the forms as early as possible to give your school time to process the request.

    Current District students who have been enrolled for the last two years do not need to submit transcripts with their application.
