As we see our world and newsfeeds filled with stories about injustices and inequities, we must take the necessary steps have honest conversations with our children. The Detroit Public Schools Community District is hoping to support you in these efforts and provide you with some resources to help you navigate tough conversations about race, racism and being anti-racist. Our role is to be honest, specific, and trustworthy as we raise the next generation to confront the many injustices of world.
