Dear Roberto Clemente Families,

Welcome to our new 2024-2025 school year! I am truly excited and honored to serve the community as the leader of Roberto Clemente Learning Academy. I also feel fortunate to have the opportunity to continue working with highly qualified/dedicated staff, amazing children, and supportive families. As a leader of this institution, I commit myself once again to continuing serving our diverse families/students and fostering an instructional culture that inspires and motivates students toward academic excellence.

Roberto Clemente Learning Academy has been recognized as a top school in the Detroit Public Schools Community District for years. This 2024-2025 school year, together we will continue providing "A Shared Vision for Improvement and Academic Excellence". Certainly, I am positive that our entire school community will continue collaborating to ensure that all our students have a positive and safe learning environment full of respect, high academic achievement, and happy memories. I am also confident that all of you will continue to have the passion and dedication for our students; professionalism and respect to work as a family to improve our academic goals and to ensure excellent education for our Clemente students. Together we will continue making wise decisions in the best interests of them, to cultivate their potentials, and to make them shine everywhere!

My admiration and appreciation to every staff member that helps sustain Clemente's legacy of excellence. Administrators, teachers, support staff, custodians, engineers, you all make the difference, and I look forward to making many more awesome school memories together.
