Greetings DPSCD participants, parents, and guardians:    

Welcome to what will be the best year ever!  I am so excited to welcome you back to the 2024-2025 school year. I am so pleased to announce that this year will be the official launch of our employment-focused, two-year post-secondary program.    

Our dedicated team of amazing instructors and support staff are committed to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment where every participant can thrive. We are excited about offering focused, interest-driven modules that develop employability skills in our young adults.  We believe in the power of community and collaboration. Together, we will support our participants in achieving their highest potential Transition wise, socially, and emotionally.  

 We are expanding our community partnerships and look forward to more internships, volunteer and paid employment opportunities. Our team of dedicated professionals are committed to ensuring the success of every adult learner in our program.  We are happy that you’ve chosen Essential Skills Transition Program.
