Dwane White, understand the challenges facing our students and they work hard to help them learn appropriate coping skills to handle a wide range of issues that include psychological, financial, health, interpersonal, and substance abuse problems.

School Social Workers are the vital link between school, home and community. Social Workers are mental health professionals that:

•Provide comprehensive evaluations for children to determine if they have an Emotional Impairment or an Autism Spectrum Disorder.

•Provide direct intervention services for children.

•Provide crisis intervention.

•Provide advocacy services for students.

•Provide community resources.

•Provide conflict resolution and peer mediation.

•Provide grief counseling
