Arrival/Dismissal Procedures

Arrival

All students and parent visitors will enter the building through Entrance 4 between 8:15am and 8:50am.

Breakfast will be served in the cafeteria at 8:15am Monday - Friday.

Students will be allowed to leave the cafeteria for their homeroom at 8:30am with their teacher.

Parents needing assistance are encouraged to speak administration while in the cafeteria.

Parents can meet with teachers as teachers report to the cafeteria to pick up students.

Dismissal

The building is secured between 3:15pm and 3:40pm. No one is allowed to enter or exit the building during this time. Elementary & Middle School students walking home will be dismissed out of Exit 3 at 3:35pm

All Bus Riders & POHI Students will be dismissed out of Exit 19 at 3:35pm for their busses.

Door #1 will be locked at 3:15pm. All parents should wait at Door #3 to pick up students.
