My name is Domin Nailer and I am honored to serve as your principal.

I have 25 years of varied experience as a teacher, curriculum lead and school administrator. For the first several years of my career, I served at both the elementary and middle school levels, teaching K-8th grade scholars. I then served as a K-12 Curriculum Coordinator that provided opportunities to accelerate learning and prepare scholars for a world in which taking initiative and learning new skills are paramount to success. My role as a principal coupled with my educational experiences have afforded me opportunities to collaborate with individuals to meet the common goal of increasing student achievement and well-being.

My passion is developing positive relationships with everyone within our community. This begins by ensuring that the voices of all stakeholders are heard and lifted, supporting teachers and staff so that they can reach their greatest potential and fostering a positive school culture.

My educational philosophy is based upon my uncompromising belief that when we operate with a spirit of excellence, transparency, and integrity, we will inspire and prepare individuals within a community to successfully meet the challenges of a rapidly changing world.

I received my Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Detroit Mercy and my Master's Degree in Education from Marygrove College.

In my spare time, I love traveling, spending time with my family and piecing together puzzles.
