Mrs. Kianta Bankston
Mrs. Kianta Bankston is a Detroit Public Schools graduate of Lewis Cass Technical High School. She holds a bachelor of Arts in education from Wayne State University and Master's Degree from Oakland University with a Reading Specialist Certificate. She has been in education, teaching in the Exceptional Student Education for over ten years. She transitioned to Data Coach and is now the Assistant Principal of Osborn Academy of Mathematics where she serves every day, EVERY KNIGHT!
Peter-Claver Unaegbu has been working in administrative and curriculum capacities for the Detroit Public Schools/ Detroit Public Schools Community District for the past sixteen years. During the 2017-2018 school year, he was an Academic Engagement Administrator (AEA) at J. E. Clark Preparatory Academy. Prior to being an AEA, he worked for nine years as an Instructional Specialist at the Office of Social Studies. Before that, he worked for six years as the Social Studies Department Head/ Curriculum Leader at Thomas M. Cooley High School. Prior to that, he taught Social Studies at the same high school.
Peter-Claver holds a Master of Arts degree in education from the University of Detroit Mercy, Michigan School Administrator Certification (Secondary and Elementary), Bachelor of Arts degree, and Associate Degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University. He enjoys nurturing self-discipline and proudly serves every day, EVERY KNIGHT.
