Ms. Elmadari teaches 5th grade Language Arts and Social Studies at Gardner Elementary and has been a valued member of the school community since 2021. In addition to her classroom role, she serves on the PBIS committee, where she helps support a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students. Dedicated to helping her students grow as readers, writers, and critical thinkers, Ms. Elmadari strives to create a classroom that is engaging, supportive, and inspiring. She encourages her students to express themselves, embrace new challenges, and develop a lifelong love of learning. Outside of school, Ms. Elmadari enjoys writing poetry and cheering on the Detroit Red Wings. Her creativity and passion for learning extend beyond the classroom, enriching both her personal and professional life.

Mrs. Crawford has proudly served as the Math Teacher Leader at Gardner Elementary since 2017. In her role, she teaches 5th grade math and science, while also coaching Academic Games and preparing students to showcase their talents at the District STEM Science Fair. She is passionate about helping students build confidence in their problem-solving skills and develop a love for mathematics and science through engaging, hands-on learning experiences. Beyond the classroom, Mrs. Crawford enjoys a variety of hobbies that keep her active and inspired. She loves working in her garden, going on bike rides, and reading. She also values time spent with her family and winding down with a good movie on Netflix. Her balance of professional dedication and personal joy reflects the energy and warmth she brings to the Gardner community every day.
