Counselor

Ms. Powell is the vibrant and caring School Counselor (SCL, LPC) at Gardner Elementary, bringing six years of experience in the district to support students, families, and staff. She is passionate about helping every student feel seen, supported, and empowered to succeed. Outside of her counseling work, Ms. Powell has a big love for all things sweet—especially ice cream! If she could, she would happily live on it every day. Gelato, frozen yogurt, sherbet, or sorbet are welcome alternatives, but custard? That’s a hard pass! Her fun personality and sweet tooth make her a favorite among students and staff alike.
