Degrees and Certifications:

EJ Haralson Jr.

EJ Haralson Jr. is currently serving as the Dean of Culture and Climate here at Henry Ford High School. He has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Detroit Mercy and a master’s degree in Sports Administration from Wayne State University.

EJ is currently pursuing his K-12 administrator certification and is also a first-year PBIS coach. In addition to his academic pursuits, he is the Head Coach of the men’s basketball team at Schoolcraft College and an adjunct professor at Washtenaw Community College. Previously, EJ worked as an Assistant Coach and adjunct professor at Wayne State University.
