Hi! My name is Felicicia McNeill, and I am the School Counselor at Roberto Clemente Learning Academy!  This is my first year as a School Counselor and working as a DPSCD employee. I absolutely love my job because I get the opportunity to make positive connections with not only students but with their families and the school staff.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over five years working as a Mental Health Clinician as a vendor in various DPSCD locations addressing the developmental barriers of all students. I became a School Counselor to be an advocate for our student’s academic needs, to develop programming while promoting social-emotional learning and to raise awareness of college and career options after high school for starters. My goal is to be a helpful team member of the village so that together we can make a positive impact in a student's life throughout their elementary school years!

I am a mother of three sons, and lots of lovable grandchildren. I enjoy traveling, watching movies, trying out new restaurants and I absolutely love looking at the water. My favorite music artist is Prince and my favorite color is purple!
