ESE Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) DPSCD's PAC mission is to empower parents, guardians, and grandparents of students with an active individualized education program (IEP) with knowledge as it relates to their participation in the special education process, delivery of services, and funding for schools. In addition, members will work with key stakeholders to make decisions and recommendations regarding compliance, parent and community involvement, and ongoing issues related to special education. Virtual orientation for returning Adult Education students: The Adult Education Program will host a virtual orientation session for returning students this coming Tuesday October 10, 2023. The session will be from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Upon completion of registration, a link will be provided to the virtual session. Contact your career coach if you have any questions. Apply Now for an Exam High School The rich legacy of DPSCD exam schools must continue with your student. Please consider applying for one of five examination schools for the Fall 2024 school year. The application window opens at noon on Monday, Oct. 2, and runs through Sunday, Nov. 19.

Students entering ninth (9th) grade in Fall 2024
Current high school students
Students who currently attend an exam high school may apply to transfer to another exam high school
Exam High School Application Requirements
Students must submit an online application and take the High School Placement Test to be considered for admission. Students may only apply once per admissions cycle.
