Mr. Christopher Donoghue, MA SCL

Mr. Donoghue has been a School Counselor since 2008. He graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Masters in School Counseling as well as a post-graduate Certificate for Helping Interventions in a Multicultural Society. Mr. Donoghue has worked in middle schools as wall as high schools in Colorado and Michigan. Most recently Mr. Donoghue served students in Ypsilanti, Michigan as a Middle College Counselor promoting college and career readiness as well as dual-enrollment in college. Mr. Donoghue works closely with our vocational and technical programs as well as our work-based learning opportunities. He also helps students to develop professional skills that prepare students for post-secondary options such as trade schools, colleges and universities, as well as military and professional pathways.

Mr. Robert Donoghue, MA SCL

Robert Donoghue is a proud alum of Eastern Michigan University (Go Eagles!). He has teaching degrees in English and Psychology as well as a Master's in School Counseling. Mr. Donoghue served students in Detroit Public Schools for nine years as an English teacher prior to transitioning to School Counseling. Currently, Mr. Donoghue serves proudly with his twin brother Chris, on the School Counseling team at Cody High School. He is also the National Academies Foundation Director. In all areas, he helps students achieve personal, academic, and career growth.
