Mr. Demeatrice Brooks

Mr. Brooks is a dedicated educator with nearly 30 years of experience in the field of education. A proud native of Detroit and graduate of Henry Ford High School, he has built his career on a foundation of collaboration, integrity, and a deep commitment to student success.

He earned his bachelor’s degree from Grambling State University and holds two master’s degrees—one from Wayne State University and another from Central Michigan University. His journey began with Detroit Public Schools, where he developed a wealth of knowledge and expertise that he now brings to his role as Assistant Principal and ESE Coordinator.

Mr. Brooks is passionate about fostering a supportive learning environment and believes in the power of teamwork to transform lives. His guiding principle is simple yet profound
