Ms. Kierra Evans

Kierra Evans is an accomplished educational leader with over 12 years of experience driving academic excellence and student success. Currently serving as Vice Principal, she has held leadership roles including Science Department Chair and Summer School Principal, where she specialized in curriculum development, data-driven instruction, and teacher mentoring.

With a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Eastern Michigan University and a strong background in science education, Kierra has consistently advanced student achievement through innovative teaching strategies, curriculum alignment with NGSS standards, and the integration of technology in learning.

Known for her collaborative leadership style, Kierra has spearheaded initiatives that enhance instructional quality, foster professional growth among educators, and build strong partnerships with families.

Her expertise in data analysis, budget management, and virtual learning has been instrumental in shaping dynamic, student-centered educational environments.

Committed to continuous improvement, she brings a passion for cultivating supportive school cultures that empower both teachers and students to thrive.
