Lisa Davis-Patterson
As a Detroit native and product of Detroit Public Schools, Lisa Davis-Patterson knew firsthand what an education from the DPSCD can provide. If it wasn't for her knowledge and skills that she learned from F.L.I.C.S. and Cass Technical H.S., she wouldn't be the educator she is today. Lisa began her educational career a little over 11 years ago. Since then, she has been in numerous positions from a Data & Assessment Coordinator to a Middle School Science Teacher and most recently a Dean of Culture. Ms. Davis-Patterson received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Spelman College, as well as a teaching certificate and Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Madonna University. Lisa has also been a volleyball coach, Academic Games coach, NJHS advisor, and GOTR coach/mentor over the course of her educational journey.
Her mission is for every child to receive an equitable education and receive all of the resources that will excel them into their future goals, careers and beyond. Lisa is excited to be apart of the Jungaleer family and is eager to lead SE's Culture Leadership Team towards a new and positive direction.
