Mystery Readers at Barton during March's Reading Month

Author, David Miller, gives away books to students

Principal Adams instills a love for education and reading at the onset of the school year. But for Reading Month, the leadership team arranged for mystery  readers to visit all of the classrooms weekly. The Barton community really showed up for the students this month. Not only did Barton staff and students engage in the Mystery Reader rotations, but so did family members, community members, State Senator Geiss, and Wayne County Commission Chair Alisha Bell. Thank you to all of the Mystery Readers who made March's Reading Month an extreme pleasure.
