Ms. Angelica Ramirez

Mrs. Angelica Ramirez has proudly served DPSCD as a dedicated bilingual leader and advocate for Exceptional Student Education. With years of experience as an Educator, Administrator, Director, and ESE Lead Administrator, she advocates for equity and inclusion for all students, especially Multilingual Learners with Exceptionalities. Known for her expertise in special education law, culturally responsive practices, and data-driven decision-making, Mrs. Ramirez works to ensure every student receives the support and opportunities they deserve. Her passion for collaboration, innovation, and advocacy continues to inspire colleagues, families, and students alike, strengthening the community she serves.
