Mrs. Teresa Harris

Mrs. Harris began her career in education as a Substitute Teacher with Detroit Public Schools and has served as a Mathematics Teacher (6-8), Curriculum Coordinator, Principal (EAA), Adult Education Instructor, and Academic Engagement Administrator. She was also the District Assessment Coordinator for Pontiac Public Schools. Mrs. Harris has worked on a various school committees within the DPSCD and was a member of the Instructional Selection Committee with the Office of Mathematics in 2006. A proud member of Second Ebenezer Church where she sings and directs the choir. Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Detroit Alumnae Chapter,and volunteers with the Karmanos Cancer Institute and the American Red Cross. Mrs. Harris enjoys spending time with her family, singing and keeping physically fit.
