Alan Dozier has been serving as a Dean of Culture and Climate for the Detroit Public Schools Community District for the past seven years. He has over 21 years of experience in conflict resolution, behavioral intervention, and restorative practices working with students through Communities in Schools.

Dean Dozier's goals and objectives are to promote the climate and culture as prescribed by DPSCD, maintain an environment conducive for learning, build student's self-esteem, help students manage their anger, and build positive relations with their peers and staff.

Dean Dozier has a B.A. in Business Management, He is an ordained Elder in the Churches of God in Christ. Dean Dozier's organizational and leadership skills help to promote a safe, friendly, learning environment for teachers, students, and parents.
