Greetings MLK Families,


One behalf of the entire Martin Luther King, Jr. Senior High School Family please allow me to personally THANK YOU for trusting the team and I with your most valuable asset...your student! This is a responsibility that none of us take lightly and is truly an honor and a privilege. 

I pray that the summer brings you fun filled days and memory filled nights, and it is restful, reflective, and RELAXED!  Before I close I would also like to thank the entire MLK Faculty, Staff and Support team for supporting our students this entire school year. Your service TRULY made the difference! Congratulations are in order for our 2 retirees:

Summer School-HS Credit Recovery students will have the opportunity to receive a Dell device and a new hotspot from the T-Mobile 10M program. Laptops will need to be returned at the end of coursework whereas hotspots can be held in possession for the next school year for returning students. Students simply need to fill out the form to have a device assigned to them. It is imperative that students receive this link as soon as possible. Please send it out to all of your enrolled students by COB June 17, 2024.

Class of 2024 Graduation Programs- There was a printing mistake made on the MLK Class of 2024 Graduation Programs. Reprinted programs are available in the Main Office for pick up. Please accept my most humble apologies for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

MLK Summer Office Hours- We are here to support you during the summer for any work permits, transcripts, report cards that you may need, Monday through Thursday  8:30am-2:30pm and Friday 8:30am-2:00pm. Please do not hesitate to come home to MLK for any assistance that you may need!

MLK Report Cards- MLK Report Cards will be ready for pick up on Thursday June
13th. Reports cards can be viewed via the PowerSchool parent and student portal by the aforementioned date. If you would like a hard copy, please come by the MLK Main Office for yours on or after June 13th.
