Students Take Time to Plant

The Georgia Street Community Garden was started by Mark Covington, a lifelong resident of the neighborhood. Mr. Covington came out to help A. L. Holmes students clean out the garden beds and prepare them for spring planting. Middle School students in Ms. Shaw's Science classes have worked together over the last few weeks to get everything together.
