Update Your Contact Information: Families, we are encouraging you to contact your child’s school and update your information if you have moved, have a new phone number, or changed any contact information, also include your email addresses. If you have children attending multiple schools, please ensure your contact information is updated at each school. Please see directions below to opt into the Robo call system.

Free Parent Academy Session- Suicide Prevention Training: DPSCD Families attend this FREE Parent Academy session to learn from trained professionals on the best ways to support thoughts of suicide. Tuesday, November 28, 2023, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Bunche Elementary Middle School 2715 Macomb Street, Detroit, MI 48207. Behavioral Health and Homework Hotlines Are Here for You! DPSCD’s Behavioral Health and Homework Hotlines are ready to assist you this week Monday-Thursday, from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. Please dial 833-466-3978 to access. Follow the prompts for social- emotional support as well as help with Literacy and/or Mathematics homework from DPSCD teachers on the Homework Hotline.

Family Resource and Distribution Center (FRDC): The FRDC has available resources to assist families of DPSCD. Resources include hygiene products, dry goods, water, school supplies, backpacks, children’s books, and at times coats are available. Stop by one of the District’s five health hub sites near you.
