Celebrating Our Beloved Principal's Retirement After 10 Years of Service

It is with mixed emotions that we announce the retirement of our beloved principal, Dr. Pamela Bilbrew, who has dedicated the past 10 years to Hamilton Elementary-Middle School. Dr. Bilbrew's leadership, vision, and unwavering commitment to our students, staff, and community have left an indelible mark on our school.

During her decade of service, Dr. Bilbrew has been instrumental in fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment where every student feels valued and supported. Her dedication to academic excellence, combined with her passion for extracurricular activities, has enriched the lives of countless students.

Under Dr. Bilbrew's leadership, Hamilton Elementary-Middle School has achieved numerous milestones:

Expanded Programs: She introduced and expanded our STEM program, enhancing our students' learning experiences in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
Extracurricular Growth: Our robotics team, middle school basketball team, soccer team, and K-8 dance team have flourished under her guidance, providing students with opportunities to explore their interests and talents.
Community Engagement: Dr. Bilbrew strengthened our PTA and fostered a strong sense of community through events like the Daddy-Daughter Dance and the annual bike ride to Chandler Park.
Academic Excellence: Her focus on academic games and other enrichment programs has helped our students excel and develop a love for learning.

Dr. Bilbrew's dedication to our school extends beyond academics and activities; she has been a constant source of inspiration and encouragement, always putting the needs of our students first. Her warm and approachable nature has made her a cherished leader, mentor, and friend to many.

As we celebrate Dr. Bilbrew's retirement, we reflect on the incredible legacy she leaves behind and the positive impact she has had on our school community. While we will miss her dearly, we are excited for her as she embarks on this new chapter of her life.
