X. Fulton Gifted a Motorized Adaptive Jeep

One of Moses Field’s students, Xza’Kiya Fulton, was gifted a motorized adaptive Jeep from the “Grede and Go Baby Go” partnership with DPSCD. Grede is America’s premier manufacturer of highly engineered iron casting solutions. Grede serves approximately 300 customers with 11 locations in Southfield, Michigan.

Their mission is to provide modified poser ride-on cars for kids and families in Detroit, with the help of Moses Physical Therapist D. Shell's submission of an application Xza’Kiya was selected. She qualified based on her good sitting balance and head control as well as her age (child needed to be 3 years old).

Xza’Kiya’s jeep has the following features:

  1. Able-net activation switch
  2. Rear on/off switch
  3. Light postural supports
  4. Can not forger the little bling on the front

Xza’Kiya and her mom are very pleased to be presented with such a wonderful gift.
