Congratulations! L. Brown

A huge thank you to DPSCD, forerunners of the unified sports/education movement: Linda Brown, Beverly Brown, Lisa Swartz, Robin Bush, Talisha Hurks, and Larhonda Warren- McCann.

Moses Field’s very own MOCI teacher, L. Brown is one of the five teachers that started Unified Special Olympics for Detroit Public School Community District as well as for the State of Michigan.

The teachers “Fabulous Five” were honored for being the founders of Unified Sports, which is now played in all school districts in Michigan. We honor you!
