Spelling Bee Contestants Shine in Competition

Mann scholars took to the stage to show off their spelling chops in the 2025 edition of the School Spelling Bee. Scholars competed against each other in grade bands (grades 1 and 2, grades 3 and 4, and 5th grade). After several rounds of students putting their best spelling on display, each grade band presented 1st place and two runner-ups, with 1st place going on to represent Mann at the District-Wide Spelling Bee.

1st grader Josiah took 1st place honors in the 1st - 2nd competition, joined by 2nd graders Jaseem and E'Marie as runner-ups. The 3rd and 4th competition saw 3rd grader Nik place 1st with 4th graders Ariel and Maliya as runner-ups. Finally, in the 5th grade competition, Naurea took 1st place, followed up by classmate A'daja.

The Mann community is so proud of all the contestants and the hard work it took to have a great 2025 School Spelling Bee!
