Student Council
At Burns, we encourage students to join the student council. Burns student council will be from students in grades 3rd grade to 8th grade. After the students’ campaign, the student body will cast their vote for the winners. Students will plan activities for their grade level with classmates. Students will come up with fun activities to fundraise for the school. The student council will have input on talent shows, and holiday programs and suggest other activities as they coordinate with their lead staff member. The student's voice is a huge part of the Burns difference. Our model this year is “Our Year To Win,” and your student's voice will be heard. Please encourage your students to run for student council
