Door Assignments

Door 2 Prevost St. (K-2^nd Graders)

Door 6 Playground area (3^rd -8^th Graders)

School Dismissal Procedure

Door 2 Prevost St. (K-2)

K-2 students will be stationed on the lawn between Door 2 and Door 3.

Door 6 Playground area (3rd-8th grade)

3^rd-8^th Grade students will be stationed near Door #6.

K-2^nd Grade bus students will be dismissed and escorted to the buses at 3:37 pm.

3^rd-8^th Grade students will be dismissed at 3:40 pm.

During inclement weather (snow, rain, and below 30 degrees), students will be allowed to enter the building at 8:15 am. Otherwise, students will be routed to their assigned doors and will enter the building at 8:30 am.

After 8:40 am, scholars will be marked tardy and should enter through door #1.

To access the Welcome Center for assistance, which is the auditorium, visitors must enter through door #1.

After 3:20 pm, early pick-up will be over. Due to staff preparing for a safe and orderly dismissal, guests will not be permitted to enter the building. Please keep in mind that 10% of the child’s grade is determined by attendance. For scholars to successfully complete class assignments and earn full participation points, it is strongly advised that all parents make sure their children attend school for the entire day.
