Welcome to Edmonson Montessori Elementary School

Edmonson Montessori Elementary School located at 1300 West Canfield Street in Detroit nestled in the progressive and innovative Woodbridge community. Edmonson Montessori Elementary School is a free Detroit Public Schools Community District school servicing children in Pre-Kindergarten through sixth grade. Our vision at Edmonson Montessori Elementary school is to encompass a wall Montessori community engaging children in the Montessori philosophy providing a joy for learning to critical thinkers from a concrete to abstract learning focus while developing independence through grace and courtesy.
