If you do not want your child to participate in the school wellness surveys, then please opt out within three days of receiving this letter by calling your school's office at (313) 849-4758 during business hours from 8am-245pm or emailing your school's Principal at Angel.Garcia@detroitk12.org with the subject line "SY25 Opt-Out Request".
