  • THANK YOU, CMA FAMILY!!

The Class of 2026 Senior Pinning Ceremony was a beautiful and momentous occasion. Thank you to our CMA staff, families, and students for the many roles you played in making this event such a success. A special thanks to DPSCD’s Breithaupt Career & Technical Center for being a first-class event host. We look forward to an amazing remainder of the school year!

    Student Tardiness and Attendance

CMA is experiencing a growing number of students with consistent absences and or tardies. Parents, please recognize the importance of having your students in school daily and on time. Every minute a student misses school is instructional time they cannot get back. This directly affects their grades and their overall success. Additionally, students who are habitually tardy will jeopardize their ability to participate in field trips and extra-curricular activities. Please note, the building opens at 7:15 am daily. If attendance is a struggle, call us at 313-866 -9300. CMA’s Attendance Agent is Ms. Erica Thompson, erica.thompson@detroitk12.org
