Cheerleading

Schulze Academy Cheerleaders support the schools basketballs team. Members of the team are required to cheer at the basketball games.
Coaches: Ms. T. Wallace and Mrs. S. Dykes
2nd through 4th Grade Team- Season begins in October and ends in December
5th and 6th Grade Team- Season begins in January and ends in March
Requirements:
A minimum of a 2.5 GPA is our school's standard to play athletics for the school.
Practice Schedule:
Mondays- 4:00pm-7:00pm in the school Cafetorium

Athletic Director/ Basketball Coach
Mr. Fredrick "Coach Fred" Adams Jr. is our Athletic Director and 5th-8th Grade Head Basketball Coach at Schulze Academy for Technology and Arts. He is entering his 6th year as a coach at Schulze Academy and his fifth year as the Athletic Director. He is very passionate about every student athlete's devolopment in both academics and athletics. As the head of the athletic programs at Schulze, he holds the student athletes to the highest standards academically and socially. He instills in the students that they are students first; athletes second!
This year, the athletic department at Schulze Academy is implementing an afterschool study hall to ensure that all student athletes continue to achieve academic success, while still competing at the highest level in athletics.
