School Counselor

Mrs. Germany Turner is the school counselor at Blackwell Institute. She implements a program based on the Michigan Comprehensive Guidance and Counseling Program. This includes Academic, Career, and social/emotional development. These domains promote positive mindsets and behaviors that enhance the learning process and create a culture of college and career readiness for all students at Catherine C. Blackwell Institute.
