Students Learn to Earn: Tech and Manufacturing Day

National Manufacturing Day, also known as MFG Day, is celebrated on the first Friday of October each year. The day is a chance to showcase for students the potential of modern manufacturing and to encourage interest in manufacturing careers.

Golightly Career and Technical Center and Davis Aerospace Students were treated to and engaged in a wonderful day of learning towards earning in both technical and manufacturing areas. Displays and demonstrations were available to the students including some hands on activities. Wayne County Community College East Connor Campus hosted the event.
